This error may occur in Horde 3 in place of the menu sidebar, after adding theme packs which create folders in the Horde menu.
The problem is that the menu sees the folders, and looks for certain files in them, but they don't exist, as the theme you have unpacked has only added a themes subfolder.
To fix the error, remove the folder. eg: in the above example, remove the <horde>/trean folder. A new error may then appear, for the next folder. Remove each one until the menu comes back.
