Debug Your App - java.security.AccessControlException

AccessControlExceptions are thrown when your application attempts to access something in the JVM which is blocked by the security policy. In most cases, this just means we have not yet made an allowance for what you need, or have restricted the permission for security purposes.

This error may occur if you attempt to make a network connection to a service which has not been configured.

If you are attempting to connect to your database, please check the hostname and port we have provided to make sure you are using the correct details. You should be able to connect to all metawerx services, but in many cases your application may still be configured for your local setup, which will have different settings.

If your application needs access to make outgoing TCP/IP connections (for example: mail-to-SMS and payment gateways), please contact us and let us know which IP/port you need to connect to. We will then add this information to our settings files, and you will be able to connect.
